This course was developed in Captivate 2019 with demonstrations and a hands-on practice section.  Amazon Polly text-to-speech was used to provide higher quality conversational audio. Using text-to-speech for audio is typically recommended  to maintain  system based training that often has release  enhancements requiring frequent updates to course content.  This is just a portion of the course. The entire course included a section on the participant experience as well.  The course is hosted on Scorm Cloud.  Therefore, when you click on the image, a screen will appear for you to enter your email address, first and last name to launch the course.
